Bach Flower Therapy

What is Bach Flower Therapy?

Bach Flower Therapy was developed in the early 1900’s by Dr Edward Bach. It uses flower extracts to treat emotional issues gently yet powerfully.

A total of 38 flower extracts are used, which are skilfully blended to create a tailor-made remedy.

What is involved?

Our therapist Susan studied Bach Flower Therapy for three years and has over ten years’ experience creating remedies.

The consultation is quite dynamic. It involves Susan helping you to identify the main emotional issues. She then recommends certain remedies and explains their benefit. Her role is to guide you in choosing your own remedies.
